Learn:
-Do a 30 minute scripture study focusing on teachings about spiritual well-being, such as D&C 88:118 or 2 Nephi 9:51
-Attend a BYU devotional focused on spirituality
-Watch the Inspirational videos on the BYU Wellness Wise Spiritual page
-Listen to the Y Religion Podcast
Do:
-Dedicate time daily to a spiritual practice (e.g., prayer, scripture study, reflection) for two weeks
-Listen to 1 Conference talk a week for 4 weeks
-Start a "Good Thing" journal by writting down good thing that happened to you or you witnessed for 2 weeks
